How it works

All branding is done through our sister company House of Uniforms. You have two options:

1. You can contact House of Uniforms now before you do anything else on this website.

Or

2. Go to your 'Cart' & click the link 'DO YOU NEED A LOGO? CLICK HERE.' that appears below your selected items. Type "Yes" into the box provided. Then continue the checkout process as normal.

To add a 'branding request' to your order:

Once you have selected all your desired products, go to your 'Cart'. Click the link 'DO YOU NEED A LOGO? CLICK HERE.' that appears below your items & type "Yes" into the box, you can also add any other notes about your branding here. Then proceed with the checkout process as normal.  

Once you have finalised & processed your cart someone from House of Uniforms will contact you to discuss your branding.

All pricing & options will be discussed with you in full before any garment branding is started.

The Branding Process:

Someone from House of Uniforms will contact you.

They'll discuss what you want, what can be done & the associated costs.

They will send you a quote for the branding & artwork setup.

Review it & make sure everything is what you expect & want.

If you wish to proceed, simply pay the quote to get the process underway.

Due to the personalisation of products, no branding work will be commenced until the branding quote is paid in full.

New customers will receive a branding sample for approval via email.

Rather than just an artwork mock-up, we produce physical branding samples on a piece of fabric. Out team will email you a photo of this physical sample so you can see what the branding will look like.

For this reason, the branding sample may take up to 3 days to produce.

Once the branding sample is approved, your order will go into production.

Typically, branded orders are dispatched within 2 weeks.

You will be notified when your order ships.

You will receive a confirmation email with a courier tracking number on the day of shipment.

Branding requirements

To have your scrubs branded you must:
1. Have a minimum of 8 garments* to be branded with the same artwork;
2. Supply your artwork in a vector format (ie. AI or EPS format);

*Please note, there is no garment minimum for repeat orders (ie. if you have already had your artwork setup & branded previously you no longer need to reach the 8 garment threshold to have that logo placed on your scrubs).
